Held is a sacred women’s circle designed for the woman who gives a lot — and is ready to receive.

This monthly offering is a trauma-informed, mini-retreat experience guided by an experienced somatic psychotherapist trained in women’s yoga and qi gong, Chinese medicine, EMDR, and nervous system regulation.

Each session offers a gentle immersion into practices that restore, reconnect, and replenish — emotionally, physically, and energetically.

It’s a nourishing pause.

What’s Included in Each Women’s Therapeutic Circle & Mini-Retreat

Each Held circle is a lovingly curated, retreat-style experience that nourishes the body, calms the nervous system, and gently supports emotional healing. Rooted in therapeutic, somatic, and ancient feminine practices, each session may include:

  • Gentle women’s yoga and qi gong to awaken energy and support emotional flow

  • Women’s meditation and Yoga Nidra for rest, deep inner connection, and nervous system repair

  • Acupressure and Chinese Medicine wisdom to harmonise your cycle, hormones, and emotions

  • Somatic EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) techniques to support trauma resolution and integration

  • EFT Tapping for emotional release, self-regulation, and restoring inner calm

  • Psychotherapeutic group inquiry that invites insight, emotional honesty, and connection in a safely held space

  • Journalling or reflection prompts to support personal clarity and embodiment of your experience

Each session is different — intuitively guided by the group’s needs, the season, and the monthly theme. You are never expected to share or participate beyond your comfort level.

All practices are guided with care, attuned to the nervous system and grounded in both science and ancient wisdom.

Held is a monthly online women’s circle. The retreat style community space is calming, intimate, and warmly welcoming — ideal for slowing down and restoring.

Time: 4 - 6pm AWST
Investment: $30 waged

Bring: A journal, a pen, comfortable layers, and anything you’d like to feel more at home in your quiet space at home (e.g. your favourite tea mug, shawl, or sacred object). For our movement and meditation please have a yoga mat, bolster, rug and blocks. If you dont have these items, no problem. Use a towel, cushions, or rolled up towels for support.
