Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply ready for deeper support — I'm here to meet you with warmth, clarity, and care. I offer somatic psychotherapy, EMDR, holistic counselling and trauma-informed support for individuals, couples, and families in Fremantle and online across Australia and internationally.

Session Fees
Individual Therapy (Ages 8+): 55 minutes – $185 + 10% GST
Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy (Ages 8+): 75 minutes – $252 + 10% GST

* Weekday evening and Saturday sessions: incur an 11% After Hours surcharge. After choosing your appointment category, scroll down and use the “After Hours” session to see Saturday availability.

* Extended sessions are best for couples, family and complex situations.

No referral needed — you can book directly. Many workplaces cover sessions through an Employee Assistance Program; ask your employer if you're unsure. Please note our cancellation policy: 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; less than 24–48 hours' notice may incur a 50% fee, and less than 24 hours' notice, a no-show, or no notice incurs the full session fee.
