    • Standard 55-minute session (individuals, couples, families age 8+): $175

    • Extended sessions available at a pro rata rate.

    • Concession rates available for full-time students and valid concession card holders.

  • Yes. I offer a free 15-minute call for new clients.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others stay longer to explore deeper healing. My work isn’t about quick fixes — I support people who want real, lasting transformation, and a safe therapeutic relationship they can trust.

  • No, counsellors do not make clinical assessments, or mental health diagnoses and we cannot provide medical reports. If you would like to see someone from a clinical perspective for specific mental health issues, we’d recommend a psychologist.

    We are counsellors and work from a non-clinical lens, although we have experience supporting clients with mental health symptoms and presentations.

    • 0–24 hours' notice: 100% of session fee payable

    • 24–48 hours' notice: 50% of session fee payable

    Cancellations due to illness may be waived with medical evidence or if your session can be rebooked.

  • If you are self-managed or plan-managed under NDIS, you may be eligible.

  • Credit card, debit card, bank transfer and cash are accepted.

    To secure your session time, payment is kindly requested in advance.

  • In-person sessions are held in O’Connor (Fremantle area), Perth.

    Online therapy is available across Australia and internationally via Zoom. You’ll receive a secure link on the morning of your session.

  • No. Medicare rebates are not available for counsellors under MHCPs in Australia.
    However, working privately means your sessions are strictly confidential — no diagnoses are recorded or reported, and nothing goes on your medical file or insurance history.

  • No referral is needed. As a private counsellor, you can book directly without going through the Mental Health Care Plan system.

  • Yes. I welcome people of all backgrounds, bodies, identities, and experiences.

    My practice affirms LGBTQIA+ clients and honours every client’s dignity with care, respect, and deep empathy.

  • Yes. Many workplaces cover counselling through Employee Assistance Programs.

    You’re welcome to ask your employer if they’re able to contribute to the cost of your sessions. I’m happy to invoice them directly if arranged in advance.
